Anna Rossow lives and teaches in Germany. She has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1999 and is also an osteopath. She is teaching Ashtanga Yoga with respecting each individual’s needs and the understanding of human anatomy and physiology is helping to guide all participants individually. You ar ewelcome to
join whether you are a beginner or already a advanced practitioner.

We start the mornings with a small meditation and pranayama (breathing practice). After this we focus on a asanapractice in a Mysorestyle class. In a Mysoreclass each participant is able to get individual guidance and support, whether being a beginner or an advanced practitioner.
In the afternoons we have a „playground“-class with each day a various topic, for example „Nervous system and Yoga“ „Shouldergirdel and healthy movement patterns“ and „Pelvic girdel and the energy locks (Bandhas)“ The afternoon classes are also open to any questions and wishes on the students side.
Most of the participants will come from Germany, so the languages used will be german, english and as needed finish.
