In the primal group, you get the opportunity to travel back in time. You will get to explore what painful situations in your past affect the way you live and love today. It will also bring you back to the many positive and inspiring moments you have lived alone and with others. You get new kinds of resources in your life when you can remember with all your senses situations where you felt loved, seen, heard, and supported. You will learn how you can bring these resources into your past, allowing healing to take place also in your current life situation. Your system will relax and the future will open up in a new way.

We think we should look outward at something else that what we really are. Inside us still lives a child who was born full of natural gifts, bursting with delicacy and a sense of connection to existence and people. In the past, when the child has not felt supported with his or her true nature and has therefore learned to give it up and cover it up. This child is alive within us and hopes we will be honest with ourselves and others. When we welcome this child back into our adulthood, change can take place: anger becomes compassion and fear becomes trust. The deep and intense journey of exploration moves back in time, touching on previous problems in life, such as birth, pregnancy, and fertilization. It provides more different tools to understand and release the most unconscious layers of our personality.

In this group, you will be supported on your journey, which will take you step by step back in time. You go through the different stages of your development, restoring back parts of yourself at each stage. You will experience what rules and roles are set for you by your environment and how they have shaped you with a false personality. You will be supported to express and release old emotions that are blocking the flow of vitality within you. You will look at your family background with depth and compassion, completing unfinished experiences. By healing yourself from the roots, you will once again get to your natural potential. Once the old burden is unloaded, you can celebrate the lightness and freedom you regained.

The training takes place in English and, if necessary, in Finnish.

In the primal group, you get the opportunity to travel back in time. You will get to explore what painful situations in your past affect the way you live and love today. It will also bring you back to the many positive and inspiring moments you have lived alone and with others. You get new kinds of resources in your life when you can remember with all your senses situations where you felt loved, seen, heard, and supported. You will learn how you can bring these resources into your past, allowing healing to take place also in your current life situation. Your system will relax and the future will open up in a new way.

We think we should look outward at something else that what we really are. Inside us still lives a child who was born full of natural gifts, bursting with delicacy and a sense of connection to existence and people. In the past, when the child has not felt supported with his or her true nature and has therefore learned to give it up and cover it up. This child is alive within us and hopes we will be honest with ourselves and others. When we welcome this child back into our adulthood, change can take place: anger becomes compassion and fear becomes trust. The deep and intense journey of exploration moves back in time, touching on previous problems in life, such as birth, pregnancy, and fertilization. It provides more different tools to understand and release the most unconscious layers of our personality.

In this group, you will be supported on your journey, which will take you step by step back in time. You go through the different stages of your development, restoring back parts of yourself at each stage. You will experience what rules and roles are set for you by your environment and how they have shaped you with a false personality. You will be supported to express and release old emotions that are blocking the flow of vitality within you. You will look at your family background with depth and compassion, completing unfinished experiences. By healing yourself from the roots, you will once again get to your natural potential. Once the old burden is unloaded, you can celebrate the lightness and freedom you regained.

Price and registration

The price of the course is 1150e / person. You can also pay for the course in installments, the first installment is 300e / person. The price includes full board. You have possibility to participate Early bird price for 1050e / person until 31.3.2021. Primaaliryhmässä saat tilaisuuden matkustaa ajassa takaisin. Pääset tutkimaan mitkä kivuliaat tilanteet menneisyydessäsi vaikuttavat tapaan, jolla elät ja rakastat tänä päivänä. Se saattaa sinut takaisin myös moniin positiivisiin ja inspiroiviin hetkiin, joita olet elänyt yksin ja toisten kanssa. Saat elämääsi uudenlaisia voimavaroja, kun pystyt muistamaan kaikilla aisteillasi tilanteita, joissa tunsit itsesi rakastetuksi, nähdyksi, kuulluksi ja tuetuksi. Opit miten voit tuoda näitä voimavaroja menneisyyteesi antaen parantumisen tapahtua samalla myös nykyisessä elämäntilanteessasi. Systeemisi rentoutuu ja tulevaisuus avautuu uudella tavalla.

Ajattelemme että meidän pitäisi näyttää ulospäin joltain mikä on ihan jotain muuta kun mitä todella olemme. Sisällämme elää vieläkin lapsi, joka syntyi täynnä luonnollisia lahjoja, pursuen herkkyttää ja yhteyden tunnetta olemassaoloa ja ihmisiä kohtaan. Menneisyydessä lapsi ei ole tuntenut tulleensa tuetuksi todellisen luonteensa mukaisesti ja on siksi oppinut luopumaan siitä ja peittämään sitä. Tämä lapsi on elossa sisällämme ja toivoo, että olisimme rehellisiä itsellemme ja muille. Kun toivotamme tämän lapsen tervetulleeksi takaisin aikuisuuteemme muutos voi tapahtua: vihasta tulee myötätuntoa ja pelosta tulee luottamusta. Syvä ja intensiivinen tutkimusmatka liikkuu ajassa taaksepäin ottaen yhteyttä aiempiin ongelmiin elämässä, kuten syntymään, raskauden aikaan ja hedelmöittymiseen. Se tarjoaa lisää erilaisia työkaluja ymmärtää ja vapauttaa kaikkein tiedostamattomimpia kerroksia persoonallisuudestamme.

Tässä ryhmässä sinua tuetaan matkallasi, joka vie askel askeleelta ajassa taaksepäin. Kuljet kehityksesi eri vaiheiden lävitse, palauttaen takaisin osia itsestäsi jokaisessa vaiheessa. Tulet kokemaan minkälaisia sääntöjä ja rooleja sinulle on säädetty ympäristösi toimesta ja miten ne ovat muovanneet sinulle valheellisen persoonallisuuden. Sinua tuetaan ilmaisemaan ja vapauttamaan vanhoja tunteita, jotka tukkivat elinvoiman virtauksen sinussa. Tulet tarkastelemaan perhetaustaasi syvyyden ja myötätunnon avulla, vieden keskeneräiset kokemukset loppuun. Parantamalla itsesi juurista pääset jälleen käsiksi luonnolliseen potentiaaliisi. Voit juhlia keveyttä ja vapautta, jonka olet saanut takaisin, kun kantamasi vanha taakka on päässyt purkautumaan.
