Honesty Gathering at Easter – April 10-13, 2020

Do you want
to express yourself honestly and openly?
to meet other honesty fans and make friends?
to learn to express anger constructlively?

Our gathering is from Easter Friday to Easter Monday – you have three full and one half days to practice honesty!

Honesty Gathering is our honest tribe driving assembly – a cross between a retreat and festival.
The event is open to newcomers who are already familiar with Radical Honesty. The event will be held in English and some sessions will also be held in Finnish.

Program
Gathering begins on April 10 at 3:00 pm in the opening circle. We will finish on April 13 at 5:00 pm for the closing circle.

Everyone selects the sessions they want to attend.
The morning sessions will include conscious movement / yoga and meditation. After breakfast there will be a morning circle and agree a day’s program for everybody. There are always two (or more) sessions running at a time during the day. At least the idea is to provide the Radical Honesty Basics, Finnish sessions as desired, empty chair working, exercises, yoga and movement, meditation, the “ask what you want” section, free sharing in the circle, and theme sessions on desirable topics such as shame, inner child, sexuality and body, self-harm, sadness, I’m gorgeous and anger.

Everyone can organize their own evening program, such as sharing a specific theme or moving / dancing. The sauna is heated in the evenings at an additional cost.

Radical honesty
Radical honesty is about living here and now. It is a communication and lifestyle that expresses fear, anger, appreciation, love and whatever you are experiencing right now. Through honesty and strength, you can experience a deeper intimacy and connection with others. Radical honesty is the expression of things directly, without white lies or half-truths, to increase intimacy. It’s like the difference between acting and playing with friends and laughing. Telling the truth is scary of fun and often ends better than you are afraid. Lying is hard work and it makes you lonely. We claim that lying is the main cause of people’s stress. It will burden and tired us and eventually kill us. You get the time to be creative and playful when you speak the truth and don’t waste your energy on performing. By admitting how much we lie, we can renew our relationships and create new ways of living together. It’s Radical Honesty.

Accommodation
Accomodation will be in shared 2-5 person rooms. Bring your own sheets and towel. You can also rent sheets and towels from Elontuli for 20 €.

Price

We want the Gathering to be a reasonable price and affordable for as many people as possible and thus the prices are lower than at our other
retreats. The price includes the program, accommodation and meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner) which will be prepared by Elontuli people.

* The normal price is € 480 (+ Eventbrite booking fee).

* The early Bird price is 440€ valid on 15.2. (+ Eventbrite booking fee).
(For students and the low income earners, the Early Bird price 420€.)

Program 200€ (180€ for the low-income earners)
Meals and accomodation 240€ (80€ per day).

Please note that we have separated the cost of accommodation and program but this is a package and participation is not possible without the whole package.

Organizers and instructors
The organizers are Honesty Europe – Tuulia Syväen andPete Jordan. The event is hosted by six Radical Honesty instructors from different backgrounds! The instructors are certified Radical Honesty trainers Tuulia Syvänen, Pete Jordan and Anna Haas, and instructor trainees Seán Middleton, Gudrun Graichen and Bernhard Reingruber.

Kokoontumisajomme ovat Pitkäperjantaista pääsiäismaanantaihin – sinulla on kolme kokonaista ja yksi puolikas päivä aikaa treenata rehellisyyttä!

Honesty Gathering on rehellisen porukan kokoontumisajot – retriitin ja festivaalin välimuoto.
Tapahtuma on avoin uusille ja jo aiemmin Radikaaliin rehellisyyteen tutustuneille. Tapahtuman kieli on englanti, sessiota järjestetään myös suomeksi.

Ohjelma
Gathering alkaa 10. huhtikuuta kello 15:00 aloitusringillä. Lopetamme 13. huhtikuuta kello 17:00 loppurinkiin.

Jokainen valitsee sessioista ne, joihin haluaa mukaan.
Aamulla ohjelmassa on liikettä ja meditaatio. Kaikille yhteinen aamurinki ja päivän ohjelmasta sopiminen on aamupalan jälkeen.
Päivän ajan pyörii aina kaksi (tai enemmän) sessioita samanaikaisesti. Ajatuksena on ainakin tarjota Radikaalin rehellisyyden perusteet, suomenkielisiä sessioita toivomusten mukaan, tyhjä tuoli -työskentelyä, harjoituksia, joogaa ja liikettä, meditaatiota, ”pyydä mitä haluat” -osio, vapaata jakamista piirissä sekä teemasessioista toivotuista aiheista kuten häpeä, sisäinen lapsi, seksuaalisuus ja kehohäpeä, itsetuhoisuus, suru, olen upea ja viha.

Jokainen voi järjestää omaa ohjelmaa illalla, kuten jakamista tietyn teeman ympärillä tai liikettä/tanssimista. Sauna lämpiää iltaisin lisämaksusta.

Radikaali rehellisyys
Radikaali rehellisyys on elämistä tässä ja nyt. Se on viestintää ja elämäntapa, jossa ilmaistaan pelkoa, vihaa, arvostusta, rakkautta ja mitä vain, mikä sinussa nousee juuri tällä hetkellä. Rehellisyyden ja voimuuden kautta voit kokea syvempää läheisyyttä ja yhteyttä muiden kanssa. Radikaali rehellisyys on ilmaisemista asiat suoraan, ilman valkoisia valheita tai puolitotuuksia, tavoitteena lisätä läheisyyttä. Se on kuten ero esittämisen ja ystävien leikkimisen ja nauramisen kanssa. Todenpuhuminen on pelottavaa hupia ja se usein päättyy paremmin kuin pelkäät. Valehteleminen on kovaa työtä ja se saa sinua yksinäiseksi. Väittämme, että valehtelu on suurin syy ihmisten stressiin. Se kuormittaa ja väsyttää meitä ja lopulta tappaa. Saat aikaa tilaa olla luova ja leikkiä, kun puhut totta etkä tuhlaa energiaasi esittämiseen. Kun myönnämme, kuinka paljn valehtelemme, voimme uudistaa ihmissuhteitamme ja luoda yhdessä uusia tapoja elää yhdessä. Se on Radikaalia rehellisyyttä.

Majoitus
Majoitus tapahtuu 2-5 hengen huoneissa. Tuo omat lakanat ja pyyhe. Voit myös vuokrata lakanat ja pyyhkeen Elontulesta hintaan 20 €.

Hinta
Haluamme pitää tapahtuman hinnan mahdollsimman edullisena, jotta mahdollisimman moni pääsee mukaan ja siksi hinta on alhaisempi kuin muissa retriiteissämme. Hinta kattaa ohjelman, majoituksen ja ruuat (aamupala, lounas, iltapäivätee ja päivällinen), jotka Elontulen väki valmistaa.

This is the 3rd Module of The Hero’s Journey series of workshops to help Men awaken the power of their Mature Masculine.

For many this is the most powerful module of the series. When a man overcomes his fear of death and discovers the alchemy of authentic love, he receives the greatest gift: acceptance of what is and the ability to let go and live in the present moment. The secret of true happiness and peace.

Love and Death are the primary obsessions of human society. They are recurrent themes of literature, poetry, music, art and films. Depending on our relationship with ourselves and ultimately with life, we experience love and death as either blessings or condemnations.

In this module you will:
