Now is a unique opportunity to meet Svarup, an internationally renowned, highly skilled and compassionate tantra teacher. She has over 40 years of experience leading courses and trainings around the world. For several years, Svarup has led highly popular Primal and Tantra Weeks at Elontuli. The course is held in English, with Finnish interpretation available if needed.
“Svarup’s understanding and the depth of her work have made a profound impression on us personally. Svarup’s approach to tantra offers an accessible way to explore the world of tantra. You can relive and experience the stage of adolescence when the body awakens to sensuality and sexuality. Svarup’s Teenage Tantra course helps to heal negative conditioning from the past related to intimate relationships. In its own category, Svarup’s Teenage Tantra is perhaps the most wonderful tantra course we have ever experienced! Even experienced tantra facilitators have a great deal to learn from Svarup.”
– Pragita and Sudeva

Tantra – Sexual Deconditioning
During adolescence, everything we had previously been taught about relationships, love, intimacy and sexuality came to the surface. For most of us, this was a time of deep emotional turmoil. Many powerful emotions arose that we did not yet know how to recognise, process or express.
We lost touch with ourselves and, as a result, with our ability to create healthy, nourishing and intimate relationships.
To rediscover our full sensuality and sexuality, we need to return to the point where we lost touch with them. This loss of connection often happened during adolescence.
In a loving and meditative environment:
– we can consciously go through the process of rediscovery.
– we can learn to honour our bodies as living temples.
– we can rediscover the pleasure of physical contact and the exchange of energy with others.
– we can enjoy and relax into playing with sexual energy without any goal.
Tantra teaches us to release the barriers connected with these experiences. Tantra teaches us to return to what is natural. Tantra teaches us to listen to our bodies and our senses. Tantra invites us to open to the natural sensuality that flows within us. Tantra teaches us to express whatever feels good and right for us.
