All our practices are based on Saida’s pleasure-based Embodied Psycho-Sexual Method, in which the core idea is about understanding the natural connection between a woman’s psyche, body and intimate areas, and moving from a reactive state to a “relaxed arousal” state, where we can experience immense freedom and bliss naturally.

We now have an amazing opportunity to meet Dr. Saida Desiléts, the developer and trainer of the pleasure-based Embodied Psycho-Sexual Method, and one of the world’s leading advocates for women’s sexual autonomy.
Saida wants to live in a world full of courageous, sexually independent people who live their lives on their own terms. As a TedX speaker, counterculture creator, and author, her scientifically proven work on sexual autonomy impacts professionals and the general public worldwide. She has over 20 online courses and a year-long certification training for professionals who want to lead conversation about sexuality and pleasure in their field. In addition to facilitating transformative trainings, Saida enjoys leading wilderness safaris in South Africa and swimming in the Aegean Sea.
Deepthi (Kirsi Ranto) (FIN)
Deepthi’s vision “Be the light that you are” invites women to step into their own light, feminine power and pleasure, and activate their own higher purpose in life – through devotion, embodiment practices, voice alchemy & ceremony. Deepthi is the founder of Sacred Woman Academy, mystical mentor, author and artist. She has been helping women transform their lives for 15 years through live events and dozens of online trainings.
