On the Primal course, you have the opportunity to travel back in time and explore which painful experiences from your past still influence the way you live and love today.
Returning to the past can also reconnect you with many positive and inspiring moments you experienced as a child, both on your own and with others. When you are able to remember, with all your senses, moments when you felt loved, seen, heard and supported, you can rediscover valuable inner resources.
You will learn how to bring these resources from your past into the present, allowing healing to take place in your current life as well. Your whole system and body can relax, and the future may begin to open up to you in a new way.
We think we need to present ourselves to the outside world as something very different from who we truly are. Yet within us still lives the child who was born full of natural gifts, overflowing with sensitivity and a sense of connection to life and to other people.
In the past, this child did not feel supported in being true to their authentic nature. They learned to give up parts of themselves and hide who they really were. This child is still alive within us, hoping that we will be honest with ourselves and with others.
When we welcome this child back into our adult lives, transformation can happen: anger can turn into compassion, and fear into trust.
This deep and intensive journey of exploration takes you back in time. You reconnect with significant experiences from earlier stages of your life, including childhood, birth, the time in the womb and conception.
Primal offers a variety of tools to help you understand and release the deepest and most unconscious layers of your personality.
In the Primal process, you are strongly supported on a journey that takes you step by step back in time. You move through the different stages of your development, reclaiming parts of yourself at each stage.
You will revisit the rules and roles imposed on you by your environment and explore how they shaped a false personality. You are supported in expressing and releasing old emotions that block the flow of life energy within you.
You will take a deep journey into your family background. You can find compassion and bring unfinished experiences and emotions to completion. By healing yourself from the burdens of the past, you can reconnect with your natural potential.
You can celebrate the lightness and freedom you have regained as the old burdens you have been carrying are released.
During the Primal process, you dedicate an entire week to yourself. During the group, participants are asked to avoid contact with the “outside world.”
ABOUT THE TRAINER
Svarup is an internationally renowned therapist and trainer with 40 years of experience as a therapist. You can read more about Svarup and her approach to working with people at: www.primaltantra.com.
You can find her on Facebook under the name “Svarup Premartha Koning”, where you can also find many wonderful photos of her work. We recommend that you don’t dive into the photos from her Primal courses just yet – that way, the wonderful element of surprise in the Primal experience will remain.

PRICE AND REGISTRATION
The course fee is 1450€. The price includes full board. You can also pay the course fee in instalments, with the first instalment being 300€.
The Early Bird price of €1,350 is available until 7 February 2027.
You can reserve your place on the course by first confirming with us that there is availability and then paying either the full course fee or the first instalment into Elontuli’s bank account.
